Chef Frank Brigtsen and his wife, Marna, walk through their dining rooms greeting each guest with a warm handshake, hug or kiss. They run their celebrated restaurants, Brigtsen’s and Charlie’s Seafood, as though they are having family and friends over for dinner, and they strive to please, impress, and nurture each guest.
